How we handle your personal data, explained plainly.
This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Reformas Vilanoví 2020, S.L. (NIF B10946879, ‘Vilanoví’), with its registered address and customer service point at Carrer del Correu, 75, Local 1, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) and telephone 931 64 06 59. You can contact us by phone, through the form on the site or in person about any matter relating to your data.
2. What data we collect
Only the data you give us: your full name, telephone number, email address, the address of the property your enquiry concerns and any information you wish to add about your project. The address is used to assess the project and prepare the visit; the autocomplete field works with the Google service described in the cookie policy.
3. What we use it for
- To deal with your request for information, guidance or a quote, and to contact you to arrange the visit.
- To prepare the assessment or quote for the project you ask us about and to follow up on your request.
- To send you, if you request it, the indicative summary from the quote calculator.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, such as preparing a visit or a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Who we share your data with
In order to deal with your request, your data may be disclosed to the professionals and partner companies involved in assessing, quoting for or carrying out the requested project, solely to the extent necessary for that purpose. Our technical providers (web hosting and infrastructure services) also have access to data as data processors. Other than in these cases, no data are disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
6. Retention
We keep your data while we handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required to deal with any potential liabilities. If you ask us to stop processing it, we will erase or block it in accordance with the applicable regulations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by contacting Vilanoví by phone, through the form or at our customer service point, providing proof of your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
