2. Purpose and activity
The purpose of the Site is to present Vilanoví’s work in the field of home renovation —full home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and interior design— in Vilanova i la Geltrú and the surrounding area (Sant Pere de Ribes, Les Roquetes and Cubelles), and to make it easy for interested parties to request information, guidance or a quote for their project.
Vilanoví’s activity consists of advising on, designing, quoting for, coordinating and carrying out renovation projects. Depending on the nature and scope of each project, certain works may be carried out through professionals and partner companies selected by Vilanoví. In all cases, the liaison with the client and the coordination responsibilities described in the corresponding quote are maintained.
3. Nature of the information on the Site
The contents of the Site —including prices, price ranges, timescales, descriptions of services and the results of the quote calculator— are provided for information and guidance purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer or a binding quote. A quote will only be binding once it has been confirmed in writing, following the corresponding visit and measurements, and signed by the parties.
The Owner endeavours to keep the information on the Site up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors or that prices and conditions will remain valid indefinitely; they may change without prior notice.
4. Terms of use
Access to the Site is free of charge and makes whoever uses it a user, who undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. It is forbidden to use the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to the Owner or to third parties, to enter false data in the forms, or to carry out any action that may damage, overload or impair the Site.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the Site (texts, design, logos, structure, code and graphic elements) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Vilanoví or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited. Some images are for illustrative purposes only and come from licensed stock image libraries.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the Site, from interruptions or technical faults, from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements, or from the content or services of third-party sites linked to from the Site (for example, Google Maps or WhatsApp), which are governed by their own terms. All of the above is without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to consumers.
7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable consumer and user protection legislation.
