Only then, what you see: porcelain, sanitaryware, screen, vanity and light.

What a complete bathroom renovation includes
- Demolition and waste removal, with the skip and fees included in the quote. No surprise “extra” at the end.
- New systems: multilayer plumbing, drains, and wiring on its own protection circuit, with a supply for a lit mirror or a heated towel rail.
- Waterproofing membrane across the wet zone, with reinforced corners. We put it in the guarantee because we know what is underneath.
- Wall and floor finishes: porcelain chosen from physical samples, laid in the format the design calls for, with straight joints and fine grouting.
- Sanitaryware, taps, screen and vanity, specified by brand and model in the quote. Materials from Bauhaus, BigMat and Saltoki that you can see before deciding.
- Paint, finishing and a final clean. The bathroom is handed over ready to use that same night.

What a bathroom renovation costs here

Frequently asked questions
How many days without a bathroom?
A complete bathroom takes 2–3 weeks on site, but you are without a working toilet far less: we phase the job so it stays usable almost throughout, and the shower is out of action for the minimum days possible. If the home has two bathrooms, you will barely notice.
Bathtub out, walk-in shower in — is that a big job?
It is the most requested change and it is well contained: floor, drains and waterproofing membrane are redone, and a resin tray goes in flush with the floor. It changes how the bathroom is used, how it is cleaned, and how you age in your own home.
Does swapping the bath for a shower need a permit?
It is interior work that doesn’t touch the structure, so a prior works notification to the town hall is enough. We file it for you, and the fee is itemised in the quote.
Do you replace the old pipework?
If it is decades old, we recommend it: with the bathroom open it costs hundreds of euros; after tiling, thousands. We show you the state of what is there and you decide.
Can you add a second bathroom where there isn’t one?
It is one of the jobs we are asked for most in three-bedroom apartments with a single bathroom. It depends on where the drainage runs and where the space can come from, usually a hallway or a utility room. On the visit we tell you whether your home allows it and what it would cost.
