Before you write
Is the first visit really free?
Completely. We come to your property, measure it, listen to what you want to change and give you an honest first read on feasibility and budget range. If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing.
Can the whole project run in English?
Yes: the visit, the quote, weekly updates and the handover. Your quote and contract can be translated into English on request, and the town-hall paperwork, which is in Catalan or Spanish, is ours to handle.
How long does the quote take?
A bathroom or a kitchen, a few days. A full renovation needs a little longer, because we measure, specify materials by brand and model and price every line: between one and two weeks. On the visit we give you the exact date, and that date is kept too.
I don’t live in Spain yet. Can we still start?
Yes. We can hold the keys, open up for trades and deliveries, and send you photos and short videos of progress on WhatsApp every week. Leave your number with the international prefix and tell us when suits you for a call.
What kind of work do you take (and not take)?
Major residential work: full renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and interior design projects. We do not do odd jobs, small repairs or maintenance: there are good professionals for that, and it is not us.
Which areas do you cover?
Vilanova i la Geltrú and its immediate surroundings: Sant Pere de Ribes, Les Roquetes and Cubelles. We work where we can genuinely be on site; if your property is a bit further, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
