Interior designer in Vilanova i la Geltrú
A designer draws. A building company builds. We are both — and that is precisely the point: what gets designed on paper gets delivered built, by the same team, under the same responsibility.
The hand that draws it, builds it
The classic drama of interior design is the distance between the render and the reality: a beautiful project that nobody knows how — or wants — to build as drawn.
Our way of removing that gap is structural: the design and the build come from the same house. When we draw a fitted piece, we already know who will make it and what it costs. When we plan the lighting, the wiring is routed for it from day one. Nothing gets lost in translation, because there is no translation.
The project defines what genuinely changes a space: layout and proportion; how daylight enters and what artificial light takes over; materials, chosen from physical samples and combined with intent; fitted furniture where standard pieces fall short; and colour as the result of all of the above, not a patch at the end.
On this coast the craft has plenty to work with: houses in Aragai and Ribes Roges with gardens and good bones that deserve interiors to match, new-build apartments delivered with developer finishes and no personality, and old-town homes where the challenge is fitting contemporary life without erasing the building’s character.
Three ways to commission it
Not every project needs the same thing. These are the three formats we work in.
Design and full build
The complete format: interior design and full renovation together. Layout, materials and light are decided once and built with no middlemen. It is where every euro works hardest.
One room, done with intent
A living room that never quite works, a main bedroom that deserves more, an entrance hall that says nothing. A contained project, a fixed price and the work done in weeks.
Design without building work
Materials, colour, lighting and fitted furniture, without moving a wall. For homes that don’t lack space: they lack judgement and a hand to pull it together.
Tell us which space no longer feels right and we'll propose how to approach it.
What does an interior designer cost?
Everyone asks and almost nobody answers with figures, so here are ours, as a guide and before VAT:
- Whole-home design: between 5% and 10% of the build budget. For a €60,000 renovation, €3,000 to €6,000 of design is a serious conversation.
- Single-room design: from around €900, with layout, materials, lighting and furniture defined and ready to build.
- When we also do the build: part of the design fee comes off the total. Designing properly what we then build saves us work, and we share that saving.
And what does it save you? The expensive mistakes: the sofa that doesn’t fit, the lamp that glares on the television, the polished marble picked for a worktop that gets cooked on every day, without knowing how it stains. A design project costs less than any one of those mistakes, and it lasts as long as the home does.
Renovating from abroad
Bought a home here and want it finished before you move in? This is how we run the design and the build while you are still elsewhere.
One contact, in English
The person who visits you on day one runs the job to the handover and answers your calls and messages in English. Nothing gets lost in a relay.

Progress reaches you on WhatsApp as photos and short videos from site, plus a call whenever a decision needs you. You watch the job move without booking a flight.
We hold the keys
We keep the keys, open up for trades and deliveries, and lock up behind them. Your home is never left to someone’s goodwill.
Paperwork handled
Permits and waste management are ours to deal with. Your quote and contract can be translated into English on request, so you sign knowing what every line says.
Frequently asked questions
How are you different from a design studio?
A studio hands you drawings and renders, then you have to find someone to build them and hope the result resembles the render. We are both things: the design and the build come from the same house, so what you see drawn is what gets delivered, with one responsible party if anything drifts.
What does an interior design project cost?
As a local reference: a whole-home design runs between 5% and 10% of the build budget, and a single-room project starts at around €900. When we also carry out the build, part of the design fee is discounted, because designing properly what we then build saves us work too.
Do you do design without building work?
Yes. Some homes don’t need a wall moved: they need judgement. Materials, colour, lighting, fitted furniture and one eye pulling it all together. A smaller brief, the same method: proposal, fixed price, execution.
Will I see my home before deciding?
You will see the layout drawn, the materials as physical samples and, on full projects, 3D images of the key rooms. But the most useful thing we offer is visiting our finished work and touching real finishes before choosing yours.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sant Pere de Ribes, Les Roquetes and Cubelles. Interior design means being on top of the site and the trades, so we do it where we can genuinely be there.
